No internet or a loose LAN cable?

If your PlayStation no longer connects to the router, the LAN cable is loose, or the plastic tabs inside the connector are broken, the port is usually defective. This spare part restores a stable cable connection.

Symptoms of a defective port:

  • LAN cable no longer clicks into place ("click" is missing).

  • Constant connection interruptions (disconnects).

  • Console shows "LAN cable not connected" even though it is plugged in.

  • Bent pins inside the port.

Choose your model: Since the connectors of the PS5 and PS4 have different shapes, please select your console from the menu above:

  • For PS5: Suitable for all PlayStation 5 models (Disc & Digital).

  • For PS4: Suitable for common PS4 models (Fat, Slim & Pro).

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE (SOLDERING REQUIRED): This component must be soldered to the console's mainboard (SMD soldering).

  • It is not a plug-in part!

  • A hot air soldering station is recommended for replacement.
