No internet or a loose LAN cable?
If your PlayStation no longer connects to the router, the LAN cable is loose, or the plastic tabs inside the connector are broken, the port is usually defective. This spare part restores a stable cable connection.
Symptoms of a defective port:

LAN cable no longer clicks into place ("click" is missing).

Constant connection interruptions (disconnects).

Console shows "LAN cable not connected" even though it is plugged in.

Bent pins inside the port.
