Without this "latch", the microphone's ribbon cable will no longer hold, and you won't have voice transmission. ⚠️ Important Note on Installation:

This is a solder-on spare part for professionals! It is a tiny SMD component with many fine pins.

1. The old, defective port must be removed with hot air or very fine soldering tools.

2. The new port must be soldered on with microscopic precision. Without a microscope and SMD soldering experience, this repair is not feasible!
