Without this "latch", the microphone's ribbon cable will no longer hold, and you won't have voice transmission. With this brand-new SMD replacement connector, you can solder on a fresh connection and save your expensive gamepad.

The new port must be soldered on with microscopic precision. Without a microscope and SMD soldering experience, this repair is not feasible!
