This offer is for a repair service for your own Joy-Con controller. You are not purchasing a new controller or a replacement device.
If the analog stick responds on its own, controls inaccurately, or triggers inputs even when the stick is not moved, a stick drift problem may be present. This repair professionally replaces the affected analog stick and then tests it.

Upon receipt, we will check the reported fault and carry out the booked repair.

Outbound and Return Shipping
The outbound shipment of the device to us is carried out by the customer and is not included in the repair price, unless otherwise specified on this page.
Return shipping after completed repair will be shown on the product page or during the order process.
Processing Time
Unless otherwise stated on this product page, the processing time after receipt of the device is approx. 5 to 7 working days.
In the event of additional damage, missing spare parts, or queries, the processing time may be extended. In this case, we will inform you in advance.
Additional Damage or Different Fault
Should it be determined during inspection that a different defect is present or additional work is required, we will inform you in advance.
Additional work will only be carried out after your consent.
Important Note
This repair service exclusively concerns the specified stick drift fault or the replacement of the affected analog stick.
Damage due to liquid, severe mechanical damage, damaged circuit boards, torn connections, or other defects are not automatically included in the scope of services.

Inspection and Repair
Upon receipt of the device, we will examine the reported defect and carry out the booked repair. Should further damage be discovered or additional costs arise, we will inform the customer beforehand.
Return shipping
After the repair is completed, we will return the device to the customer. Information regarding return shipping can be found on the respective product page or during the ordering process.
