Repair Service: Stick Drift Repair for Xbox Series Controller – Both Sticks

This offer is a repair service for your own controller. You are not purchasing a new controller or a replacement device.

If an analog stick on your controller registers input by itself, responds inaccurately, or if characters or cameras move even when the stick is not touched, a stick drift issue may be present.

This repair always involves the professional replacement of both analog sticks of the controller, followed by testing.

This repair service is suitable for Xbox Series controllers.

The repair includes the replacement of both analog sticks:

• Left analog stick

• Right analog stick

If your controller has other defects in addition, please inform us beforehand.

Scope of Services

• Visual inspection of the submitted controller

• Verification of the reported stick drift error

• Removal of both analog sticks

• Installation of two suitable replacement sticks

• Soldering work in the stick area

• Cleaning of relevant contact areas as part of the repair

• Function test after completion of the repair

Important: Both sticks will be replaced

This repair is generally carried out as a bilateral stick replacement.

Even if stick drift currently only occurs on one stick, both analog sticks will be replaced as part of this service. This ensures a uniform repair and both stick units are checked during the repair.

Repair Process

2. After ordering, you will receive information on how to send in your controller.

3. You send your controller securely packaged to us.

4. Upon receipt, we will check the reported error.

5. Both analog sticks will be professionally replaced.

6. After the repair is completed, the controller will be tested and returned to you.

Inbound and Outbound Shipping

The inbound shipping of the controller to us is done by the customer and is not included in the repair price.

Outbound shipping after completed repair is shown on the product page or during the order process. If it is indicated there that outbound shipping is included, no additional return shipping costs will be incurred.

Please pack the controller securely and safely for transport. We are not liable for damages due to insufficient packaging during inbound shipping.

Processing Time

Unless otherwise stated on this product page, the processing time after receipt of the controller is approx. 5 to 7 business days.

In the event of additional damage, missing spare parts, or further inquiries, the processing time may be extended. In this case, we will inform you beforehand.

Additional Damage or Deviant Error

This repair service includes the replacement of both analog sticks.

Specifically not automatically included are:

• Repair of buttons, triggers, or bumpers

• Repair of USB-C port or charging issues

• Repair of liquid damage

• Repair of circuit board or trace damage outside the stick area

• Replacement of casing, stick caps, or other components

• Repair of wireless connection issues

• Software or firmware issues

Should it be determined during inspection that another defect is present or additional work is required, we will inform you beforehand.

Additional work will only be carried out with your consent.
